Marine Mom Claudia Tenney Backs Veterans, Brindisi Tows Pelosi Line
NY22—Today, Claudia Tenney, Republican candidate for Congress for the 22nd District, launched her third round of television ads, focused on Claudia’s record on veterans issues. The ads show how Anthony Brindisi sacrificed veterans’ needs for Nancy Pelosi’s agenda – voting three times to impeach Trump afterpromising he wouldn’t and giving free education to illegal immigrants.
Claudia Tenney said: “As a Marine Mom, I know the sacrifices our brave servicemen and women make for this great country. When they come home, they deserve the best. I fought for VA accountability, high-quality and accessible care, and well-deserved pay raises and increased benefits. When I return to Congress, I will keep up that fight because we owe it to our veterans. Instead, Brindisi prioritized Nancy Pelosi’s radical agenda – free education to illegals and impeaching President Trump. That’s not what veterans need.”
The two 30-second ads, “Veterans” and “Champion,” will run in the Utica and Binghamton markets and Syracuse market, respectively. [Transcripts below]

Background:
1. Claudia Tenney’s son, Trey, graduated the Naval Academy and serves as a Marine Corps officer.
2. She worked to hold the VA accountable to its mission to deliver high-quality services to our veterans.
3. Claudia authored and passed the VA Bonus Transparency Act, to hold VA officials accountable for their performance on behalf of veterans.
4. She fought for and secured funding for PTSD and other service-related conditions treatment and counseling and opioid abuse treatment.
5. She secured recognition for Vietnam veterans to receive extended benefits.
6. She introduced bipartisan legislation to help veterans become entrepreneurs and self-sufficient business owners.
